Zebraman
is a 2004 Japanese tokusatsu action comedy superhero film directed by Takashi Miike, written by Kankurō Kudō and stars Shō Aikawa as the main character, a superhero named "Zebraman". , also well known as , was a ''samurai'' of the late Sengoku through early Edo periods. He served Kuroda Yoshitaka but retired from the Kuroda clan after Kuroda Yoshitaku had died. Finally, he served Toyotomi Hideyori and Yodo-dono and was killed at the battle of Dōmyōji during the siege of Osaka in 1615. His father Gotō Motokuni served Kodera Masamoto. is a film based on the 2006 popular TV series ''Kurosagi''. After the finale of the TV series in June, TBS received many questions about whether there would be a new season or a film. TBS decided to shoot a film, beginning in August 2007. On March 8, 2008, the cast appeared on stage at TOHO Cinemas Roppongi Hills.
