Meteor
A meteoroid () is a small rocky or metallic body in outer space. Meteoroids are defined as objects significantly smaller than asteroids, ranging in size from grains to objects up to a meter wide. Objects smaller than this are classified as micrometeoroids or space dust. Most are fragments from comets or asteroids, whereas others are collision impact debris ejected from bodies such as the Moon or Mars. ''Shooting Stars'' is the debut album by the pop duo Dollar. Released in 1979, the album contained the duo's first three singles; "Shooting Star", "Who Were You With in the Moonlight" and " Love's Gotta Hold on Me". The album was released on Carrere Records and reached no.36 in the UK Albums Chart. Five of the nine tracks were written by Dollar members David Van Day and Thereza Bazar, the album was produced by Christopher Neil. Shooting Star is an American rock band from Kansas City, Missouri. The band was formed in the late 1970s. After gaining popularity in the Kansas City area, Shooting Star became the first American group to sign with Virgin Records. They recorded their 1979 debut album in England with producer Gus Dudgeon. The band gained national exposure when a number of songs garnered moderate airplay on album-oriented rock radio stations in the US. Robert Albert Bloch (; April 5, 1917September 23, 1994) was an American fiction writer, primarily of crime, psychological horror and fantasy, much of which has been dramatized for radio, cinema and television.
