Arthur Georg Nordenswan (27 January 1883 – 29 December 1970) was a Swedish Army officer and sport shooter who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics. Early life Nordenswan was born on 27 January 1883 in Stockholm, Sweden, the son of major general Carl Otto Nordensvan and Ebba Maria (née Wallenius). Career Military career Nordenswan was commissioned as an officer in 1902 and was assigned to Svea Life Guards (I 1) as a second lieutenant the same year. He became a lieutenant there in 1905. Nordenswan was promoted to captain in 1916 and served in Västernorrland Regiment (I 28) in 1921. He was promoted to major and served in Norrbotten Regiment (I 19) in 1926 and was promoted to lieutenant colonel in 1930 and served in Skaraborg Regiment (I 9) in 1932. William Leushner
William D. F. Leushner (November 27, 1863 – October 25, 1935) was a competitive rifle shooter. As a teenager he moved to Buffalo, New York, and joined the United States National Guard. In the 1908 Summer Olympics, he won a gold medal as a member of the U.S. military rifle team, having the highest individual score in the team competition. In the 1912 Summer Olympics, Leushner won a silver medal in the "team running deer, single shot 100 meters" competition (targets, not actual deer were used) and two bronze medals, finishing third in the "small-bore rifle teams 25 meters", and "small-bore rifle teams 50 meters". Leushner finished his Olympic career at the 1920 Olympics in Antwerp, Belgium, in which for the first time he failed to medal. Gustaf Eric Carlberg (5 April 1880 – 14 August 1963) was a Swedish Army officer, diplomat, sport shooter, fencer, and modern pentathlete who competed at the 1906, 1908, 1912 and 1924 Olympics alongside his twin brother Vilhelm.
