Shinji Aramaki
is a Japanese anime director and mechanical designer from Fukuoka Prefecture. He graduated from Fukuoka Prefectural Fukuoka High School and Okayama University. He was a member of Artmic and is currently the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at SOLA DIGITAL ARTS. He is a leading figure in 3DCG animation in Japan. History From middle school through high school, Aramaki was influenced by ''Space Battleship Yamato'', ''Mobile Suit Gundam'', and ''Star Wars'', and aspired to a career in the visual arts. During his time at Okayama University, he was a member of the manga club. One of his best-known works from his time in the manga club was the self-produced animation ''Moonstruck Artemis''. ''Ready Player One'' is a 2018 American science fiction adventure film based on Ernest Cline's novel of the same name. Directed by Steven Spielberg from a screenplay by Zak Penn and Cline, it stars Tye Sheridan, Olivia Cooke, Ben Mendelsohn, Lena Waithe, T.J. Miller, Simon Pegg, and Mark Rylance. ''Appleseed Alpha'' (also styled as ''Appleseed α'') is a computer-animated military science fiction cyberpunk film. The English version's voice cast includes Luci Christian (Deunan Knute), David Matranga (Briareos) and Wendel Calvert (Two Horns). It was announced on February 11, 2014, that Sony Pictures Worldwide and Lucent Pictures Entertainment would making a new CG-animated film. This film does not follow the previous '' Appleseed'' movie canon; it is an alternate version of the story's origins. Viper's Creed
is a mecha action anime series created by Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan with animation by AIC Spirits and Digital Frontier. Though Hiroyuki Kanbe is the main director of the show, Shinji Aramaki is solely responsible for the creation and conception of the show. was an anime OVA series produced by AIC and Artmic in 1992. The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic, dystopian future, chronicling the story of a young man named Ital Del Labard and his partner, the war-roid Zaxon. It was licensed and distributed in North America in 1993 by AnimEigo, an anime subtitling/licensing company. It was released on VHS and Laserdisc with the title ''Genesis Gaiarth''. Megazone 23
is a four-part Japanese cyberpunk original video animation created by Noboru Ishiguro, written by Hiroyuki Hoshiyama and Emu Arii, and directed by Ishiguro, Ichiro Itano, Kenichi Yatagai, and Shinji Aramaki. is a 1987 original video animation produced by AIC, Soeishinsha and Pony Canyon and directed and conceptualized by Shinji Aramaki. It has been licensed in the United States by AnimEigo. The plot centers on a mechanic who comes across the MADOX-01, a heavy powered armor suit designed to fight enemy tanks.
