Shin Fujiyama
Shin Fujiyama is a Japanese-American philanthropist who co-founded Students Helping Honduras. Fujiyama was born in a small fishing village in Japan. He graduated from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Pre-medicine. He and his sister, Cosmo Fujiyama, incorporated Students Helping Honduras in 2007 after visiting Honduras on a service learning trip for the first time. Shin speaks four languages fluently: Japanese, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. El Progreso
El Progreso () is a city, with a population of 119,260 (2020 calculation), and a municipality located in the Honduran department of Yoro. Ramón Villeda Morales International Airport of San Pedro Sula is located west of the city. To the east of the city is the mountain range of Mico Quemado (Burned Monkey). El Progreso is located at a crossroads. Due to its strategic location, many travellers or tourists pass through el Progreso in one way or another. ''CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute'' is a television special created by CNN to honor individuals who make extraordinary contributions to humanitarian aid and make a difference in their communities. The program was started in 2007. Since 2016, the program was hosted by Anderson Cooper and Kelly Ripa. Japanese Language
