Shikun Lamed
Lamed ( he, לָמֶד, ''lit.'' 30), also Tokhnit Lamed ( he, תָּכְנִית לָמֶד, ''lit.'' Plan 30), is a residential neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel. It is located in the northwestern part of the city.
