Anthony Shetler
Anthony Joseph Shetler (born November 15, 1982) is a professional skateboarder who, as of July 2019, is pro for World Industries and is the owner of All I Need Skateboards. Early life Shetler was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, to Lisa Marie Oliver and Elwood Reginald Shetler. He started skateboarding in Raymond, New Hampshire with his friend Dale Raymond. He then moved back to Massachusetts, where he would develop a deep relationship with the skateshop Solstice, who helped him get his first sponsorship with 5boro Skateboards. Coverage Shetler has appeared in numerous skateboard magazines, including ''Focus'', ''Skateboarder'', ''Transworld Skateboarding'', ''Thrasher'', and others. Harriet Shetler
Harriet Jane Shetler (August 1, 1917 – March 30, 2010) was a co-founder of the (American) National Alliance on Mental Illness, which was described in 1999 by Steven Hyman, the director of the National Institute of Mental Health, as "the greatest single advocacy force in mental health." She was also a peace activist during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Formative years and family Born as Harriet Jane McCown in Leechburg, Pennsylvania on August 1, 1917, and raised in that community, she graduated from Monmouth College (Illinois) in 1938. In 1941, she was an active member of the Junior Woman's Club. She married Charles Shetler (1918–2010) in 1943. During their marriage, their son developed schizophrenia, which would ultimately lead her to become a nationally recognized advocate for improvements to mental health treatment and support services across the United States. Norman Shetler
Norman Shetler (born 16 June 1931, Dubuque, Iowa) is a pianist, puppeteer and puppet constructor, and piano professor. Originally from America, he now lives in Austria. Life and career Norman Shetler was born in Dubuque, Iowa in 1931. He planned to attend Juilliard, but before he could attend he was drafted into the army. During WWII, he served mostly as a typist. While a student in Vienna, the Soviet Union funded his participation in the first Tchaikovsky Competition. There he met Van Cliburn. He also dreamed of studying with the Soviet virtuoso Sviatoslav Richter. In 1955 he moved to Vienna, Austria, where he studied piano, graduating in 1959. He specialized in accompanying singers, having worked with Anneliese Rothenberger, Peter Schreier, Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Brigitte Fassbaender, Hermann Prey, Margaret Price and Thomas Quasthoff, and also with instrumentalists such as violinist Nathan Milstein and cellist Heinrich Schiff.
