Shenandoah (Miami)
Shenandoah is one of the first Neighborhoods in the City of Miami. It was established in 1919 by developers from Virginia, and hence the name. The "Shenandoah" area was farmland and piney wood until the real-estate boom of the 1920s, when one residential subdivision after another bearing the name "Shenandoah" as part of its title appeared.George, P. Coral Way
Coral Way is a neighborhood within Miami, Florida that is defined by Coral Way, a road established by Coral Gables founder George E. Merrick during the 1920s. It is located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Coral Way neighborhood is served by the Miami Metrorail at Vizcaya ( South Dixie Highway/US 1 and West First Avenue) and Coconut Grove stations (US 1 and West 27th Avenue/SR 9). Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) is a public school district serving Miami-Dade County in the U.S. state of Florida. Founded in 1885, it is the largest school district in Florida and the Southeastern United States, and, , the fourth largest in the United States, with a student enrollment of 356,086 .
