Sheldon Holder (born 30 September 1991) is a Guyanese footballer who plays for the Morvant Caledonia United of Trinidad & Tobago, and the Guyanese national team. He scored his first hat-trick, internationally during the CONCACAF Nations League qualifying rounds where he scored three goals in the 0-8 match against the Turks and Caicos Islands. Georgetown is the capital (political), capital and largest city of Guyana. It is situated in Demerara-Mahaica, region 4, on the Atlantic Ocean coast, at the mouth of the Demerara River. The Ato Boldon Stadium is an athletics and football stadium located in Balmain, Couva, Trinidad and Tobago. It is currently the home ground of Central and Club Sando. Leonora, Guyana
Leonora is a village in Essequibo Islands-West Demerara (Region 3), one of Guyana's 10 regions. Its subdivisions are Pasture, Sea Field, Para Field, Groenveldt and Sea Spray. The neighboring villages are Anna Catherina and Uitvlugt. Leonora encompasses an area of about , once part of the Parish of St. Luke. It stretches from Edinburgh in the east to Stewartville in the west, and from the Atlantic Ocean in the north, to the south as far as the West Demerara Water Conservancy. Leonora was named after the historical 7,942 acre Leonora sugar plantation, which operated from before 1789 until the Leonora Estate sugar factory was closed down in December 1986. The plantation was named after the two children of the owner: Leo and Nora. Leonora is home to the Synthetic Track and Field Facility, a multi-sport stadium seating 3,000 people. Synthetic Track And Field Facility
The Synthetic Track and Field Facility in Leonora, Guyana is a 3000-seat multi-sport facility that is used by football club Slingerz FC as their home stadium. It is also used to host youth sports events. In 2018, it hosted six matches of the 2018 CONCACAF Women's Championship qualification, three featuring Guyana and three featuring other teams. Construction Costing approximately G$1.084 billion (US$ million), the facility officially began construction in December 2010 and was split into two phases. Phase one consisted of drain and irrigation works and the main access road, whilst Phase two consisted of making the actual track and other sports fields. Early on, the facility was scheduled to be opened on 27 March 2015, but was postponed 17 April. 2019–20 CONCACAF Nations League B
The 2019–20 CONCACAF Nations League B was the second division of the 2019–20 edition of the CONCACAF Nations League, the inaugural season of the international football competition involving the men's national teams of the 41 member associations of CONCACAF. Format League B consisted of sixteen teams from qualifying which finished from 7th to 22nd. The league was split into four groups of four teams. The teams competed in a home-and-away, round-robin format over the course of the group phase, with matches played in the official FIFA match windows in September, October and November 2019. The four group winners were promoted to League A, while the four last-placed teams in each group were relegated to League C for the next edition of the tournament. The qualifying phase of the 2019–20 CONCACAF Nations League was a one-off tournament that took place from 6 September 2018 to 24 March 2019. The qualifying determined the seeding for the group phase of the inaugural tournament, as well as determining the remaining ten teams that qualified for the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Format Apart from the six teams which participated in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying hexagonal, the other 34 teams (Guatemala could not enter due to FIFA suspension after missing the deadline of 1 March 2018) entered qualifying.
