Andy Mark Sheets (born November 19, 1971) is an American former professional baseball player. Sheets played for the Seattle Mariners (1996–1997), San Diego Padres (1998), Anaheim Angels (1999), Boston Red Sox (2000) and Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2001–2002). And also, he played for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp (2003–2004), and Hanshin Tigers (2005–2007), of the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). He is the cousin of pitcher Ben Sheets. Instead of Tom O'Malley, he scouts players in the major and minor league for the Hanshin Tigers. Ben Sheets
Ben Michael Sheets (born July 18, 1978) is an American former professional baseball pitcher who played for the Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland Athletics, and Atlanta Braves of Major League Baseball. Sheets is a four-time MLB All-Star (2001, 2004, 2007, and 2008). He won a gold medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Early life Sheets graduated from St. Amant High School. College career Sheets went to college at Northeast Louisiana University (now the University of Louisiana at Monroe) on a baseball scholarship. He once struck out 20 batters in a game against Louisiana Tech. Robert Chester Sheets (born June 7, 1937) is a meteorologist who served as the director of the National Hurricane Center from 1987 to 1995. He was born in Marion, Indiana. He is well remembered for numerous interviews given from the Hurricane Center during Hurricane Andrew in 1992. A 13th season premiered in April 2021. When rent is not paid on a storage locker for three months in California, the contents can be sold by an auctioneer as a single lot of items in the form of a cash-only auction. The show follows professional buyers who visit storage facilities throughout the state and bid on these lockers. Gavin Sheets (born April 23, 1996) is an American professional baseball right fielder and first baseman for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2021. Amateur career Sheets attended Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland. The Atlanta Braves selected him in the 2014 Major League Baseball draft. He did not sign with the Braves, and instead enrolled at Wake Forest University to play college baseball for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Jim Sheets
James Lee Sheets (March 29, 1931 – March 1, 2020), known as Jim Sheets, was a businessman from Bella Vista, Arkansas who was a former member of the Arkansas House of Representatives in the Republican Party. From 1967 to 1968, Sheets represented Benton County for a single term in the lower legislative chamber. Sheets was the first member of the Republican Party in the 20th century sent to the legislature from Benton County in the far northwestern portion of the state.
