Shaun Evans
Shaun Francis Evans (born 6 March 1980) is an English actor and director. He is best known for playing a young Endeavour Morse in the ITV drama series '' Endeavour''. Early life Shaun Francis Evans was born on 6 March 1980 into an Irish family in Liverpool, where his father worked as a taxi driver and his mother was a hospital worker. He has a brother who is 11 months his senior. He gained a scholarship to St Edward's College in Liverpool's West Derby suburb, which he attended from 1991 to 1998 and where he began acting in school productions. He completed a course with the National Youth Theatre in London before fully moving to London around the age of 18 to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Career Acting Evans' first major role was that of French teacher John Paul Keating in the Channel 4 comedy-drama ''Teachers'' during its second series in 2002. Shaun Evans (referee)
Shaun Evans (born 21 October 1987) is an Australian association football referee. He began officiating in the A-League as an assistant referee in 2008, and was promoted to referee in 2012. He was named as a full-time Football Australia referee in 2016, and the following year he was named on the FIFA International Referees List. He was voted Referee of the Year in the 2018–19 A-League. Evans refereed in the 2019 A-League Grand Final, the 2021 FFA Cup Final and the 2022 AFC Cup Final. He has also officiated in the Chinese Super League and Indonesian Liga 1, as well as the 2014 Chinese FA Cup Final. He was selected as a Video Assistant Referee at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Shaun Evans (born 14 September 1996) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for United Rugby Championship team Scarlets as a hooker. Professional career Evans played school rugby for Coleg Sir Gâr, and made his debut for the Carmarthen Quins in March 2015, establishing himself as a first team regular by the 2015–16 season. Evans earned a call-up to the Wales U20 squad for the 2016 Six Nations Under 20s Championship, where he scored three tries in five games as Wales won their first Grand Slam at this level. He earned another call-up for the 2016 World Rugby Under 20 Championship, where he made a further three appearances. Evans earned his first professional contract with the Scarlets in 2016.
