Shane Parrish
Shane Parrish is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera ''Home and Away'', played by Dieter Brummer. He made his first on-screen appearance on 28 May 1992 and he departed on 13 March 1996. Casting In 1992, actor Dieter Brummer successfully auditioned for the part of Shane. Brummer was fifteen years old and had been studying drama at high school. Brummer has said the recognition was instant and admitted he found the attention "quite bizarre". In 1995, Brummer quit the serial after he decided Shane's story had come to its natural conclusion. He also admitted he had become bored of the role and working with the same cast members. Dieter Kirk Brummer (5 May 1976 – 24 July 2021) was an Australian actor. He was best known for his roles in television soap operas, including playing Shane Parrish in ''Home and Away'' from 1992 to 1996 and Troy Miller in ''Neighbours'' from 2011 to 2012. Donald Fisher is a fictional character in the Australian television soap opera '' Home and Away'' played by actor Norman Coburn as a regular character, from the soap's inception in 1988 to 2003. Frente! (or Frente) were an Australian folk- pop and indie pop group which originally formed in 1989. The original line-up consisted of Simon Austin on guitar and backing vocals, Angie Hart on lead vocals, Tim O'Connor on bass guitar (later replaced by Bill McDonald), and Mark Picton on drums (later replaced by Alastair Barden, then by Peter Luscombe). Tristan Bancks (21 December 1974) is an Australian children's and teen's author, with a background in filmmaking and acting. As an actor, he is known for his role as Tug O'Neale on ''Home and Away'' between 1992-1994. Biography Bancks trained at Sydney's Q Theatre before landing a series regular role on ''Home and Away'' with his role being Tug O'Neale. Peter "Tug" O'Neale is a fictional character from the Australian Channel Seven soap opera ''Home and Away'', played by Tristan Bancks. The actor was selected from 200 people who had auditioned for the role and was contracted to appear for one month. Bancks soon joined the regular cast and Tug became a prominent character.
