Shamrock (comics)
Shamrock is a fictional comic book superheroine appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Mark Gruenwald, Bill Mantlo, Steven Grant, and John Romita Jr., the character first appeared in the comic book ''Marvel Super-Heroes: Contest of Champions'' #1 (June 1982). Publication history Shamrock first appeared in ''Marvel Super-Heroes: Contest of Champions'' #1 (June 1982). She also appeared in issues #2-3 of the series (July–August 1982). The character subsequently appeared in ''The Incredible Hulk'' Vol. 2 #279 (January 1983), ''Rom'' #65 (April 1985), ''Marvel Comics Presents'' #24 (July 1989), ''Alpha Flight'' #108 (May 1992), ''Guardians of the Galaxy Annual'' #3 (1993), ''Guardians of the Galaxy Annual'' #4 (1994), ''Excalibur'' #108 (April 1997), and ''Marvel Monsters: From the Files of Ulysses Bloodstone and the Monster Hunters'' (November 2005). Marvel Comics is an American comic book publishing, publisher and the flagship property of Marvel Entertainment, a divsion of The Walt Disney Company since September 1, 2009. Kathryn Immonen
Kathryn Immonen (; Kuder) is a Canadian comic book and webcomic writer. She has written a number of comic books for Marvel Comics since 2007, in collaboration with her husband Stuart. Biography In 2007 Immonen began working for Marvel Comics writing a Hellcat story, with Stuart providing the art, for the first four issues of ''Marvel Comics Presents''. This was followed in 2008 by a five issue ''Patsy Walker: Hellcat'' mini-series, this time with artist David Lafuente. In May 2009, Immonen became writer for the Marvel Comics' award-winning series, '' Runaways'' with artist Sara Pichelli. Kathryn and Stuart Immonen have been creating various webcomics alongside their print work for Marvel Comics. Their first webcomic was '' Never as Bad as You Think'', which was published by Boom! Storm is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer Len Wein and artist Dave Cockrum, first appearing in ''Giant-Size X-Men'' #1 (May 1975). Descended from a long line of African witch-priestesses, Storm is a member of a fictional subspecies of humans born with Superpower (ability), superhuman abilities known as Mutant (Marvel Comics), mutants. She is able to control the weather and atmosphere and is considered to be one of the most powerful mutants on the planet, and one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe. Iron Fist (Daniel Thomas "Danny" Rand) is a fictional Character (arts), character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kane, Iron Fist first appeared in ''Marvel Premiere'' #15 (May 1974). The character is a practitioner of martial arts and the wielder of a mystical force known as the Iron Fist, which allows him to summon and focus his ''Qi, chi''. This ability is obtained from the city of Kunlun (mythology), K'un-Lun which appears on earth every 10 years.
