Justice Shah Nawaz Khan, was a Mina Khel, Marwat, from Lakki Marwat District, Pakistan. He remained the Chief Justice of North-West Frontier Province and later remained Judge Supreme Court of Pakistan from 5 April 1981 to 1 July 1982.Supreme Court of Pakistan
He also remained acting Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (previously North West Frontier Province).

Marwat
The Marwat ( ps, مروت) is a Pashtun tribe, a branch of the Lohani tribe and belong to Lodi section, located primarily in Lakki Marwat District, parts of Dera Ismail Khan District, some villages of Tank district in Pakistan and in the Katawaz area of Afghanistan. The Marwats are also known as ''Spin Lohani'' (White faction of Lohanis), and their most closely related kin are other Lohani tribes like Miankhel (Pasani), Daulat Khel and Tatur. Lakki Marwat ( ps, لکی مروت ولسوالۍ, ur, ) is a district in Bannu Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. It was created as an administrative district on July 1, 1992, prior to which it was a tehsil of Bannu District. Geography The district is located in the southern part of Khyber Paktunkhwa. It borders Karak, Bannu and South Waziristan districts to the north, Tank district to the west, Dera Ismail Khan district to the south, and Mianwali district of Punjab to the west. The district is a combination of hills and sandy plains. The hilly areas are along the boundaries of the district especially in the east, southeast, southwest and northwest. Khan Habibullah Khan
Khan Habibullah Khan (also known as Khan Habibullah Khan Marwat ) (14 October 1901 – 5 December 1978) was the 1st Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan and former Peshawar High Court judge. He also served as the 10th Interior Minister of Pakistan during Ayub Khan's regime before serving two terms as Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan during Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's administration. In 1937, Habibullah Khan joined the Khaksar movement and worked in the North West Frontier Province. Career Habibullah Khan graduated from Aligarh Muslim University in 1926. He was one of the leading lawyers in the region mostly practicing criminal cases in the then District Headquarters in Bannu.
