Shae Sortwell
Shae Sortwell (born August 3, 1985) is an American Republican politician. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 2nd Assembly district since 2019. Political career Local politics After serving on the Green Bay, Wisconsin, city council in 2010, Sortwell introduced an online petition in 2016 asking mayor Jim Schmitt to resign over criminal campaign finance violations. He later joined the Gibson, Wisconsin, Town Board of Supervisors. Wisconsin State Assembly Sortwell ran for the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2014, contesting the 90th Assembly District as an independent. In 2018, after incumbent Andre Jacque announced he would not run for reelection, Sortwell declared his candidacy for Wisconsin Assembly District 2. Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) is a libertarian, classical liberal and Conservatism in the United States, conservative student activism organization headquartered in Austin, Texas. Eric Wimberger (born April 2, 1979) is an American attorney and Republican politician. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing the 30th Senate district since 2021. Eric Genrich ( ; born October 8, 1979) is an American politician who has served as the mayor of Green Bay, Wisconsin, since 2019. Genrich previously represented Green Bay in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 2013 until 2019. The 2nd Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in northeast Wisconsin, the district comprises most of northern Manitowoc County, including the city of Two Rivers, as well as most of the southern half of Brown County, including most of the city of De Pere.
