Sexy Shop (film)
''Sexy Shop'' is a 2014 Italian comedy film written by Vincenzo Marega and directed by Maria Erica Pacileo and Fernando Maraghini and starring Andrea Chimenti, Ivan Cattaneo, Elisabetta Viviani and Gazebo. In the film, several protagonists of the Italian music scene of the 1980s appear as actors and clients. The author of the novel, Vincenzo Marega, in addition to participating as an actor, also produced the film by winning the ''Enzo Biagi Prize'' in the beginners category "for the quality of the production of cinematographic fiction" at the Sixteenth Italian Television Festival. Plot Luca, a fifty-year-old salesman in a sex shop, is struggling with his own dissatisfaction as a musician. The film describes his adventures and those of his two former comrades during a single day. Ivan Cattaneo
Ivan Cattaneo (born 18 March 1953 in Bergamo, Italy) is an Italian artist, singer and songwriter. His music has been described as glam rock, disco, electropunk, ska, electronic rock. He is also an accomplished painter and multimedia artist. Music career He spent his young years in Pianico, a small village in Bergamo next to Lake Iseo. At 12, he took part in Zecchino d'Oro, a musical competition for children, followed by Ariccia's "Festival degli sconosciuti" at 15. Enzo Biagi
Enzo Biagi (; 9 August 1920 – 6 November 2007) was an Italian journalist, writer and former partisan. Life and career Biagi was born in Lizzano in Belvedere, and began his career as a journalist in Bologna. In 1952, he worked on the screenplay of the historical film '' Red Shirts''. In 1953, he became the editor-in-chief of '' Epoca'' magazine. Veit Heinichen (born 1957, in Villingen-Schwenningen) is a German novelist. Heinichen studied economics at Stuttgart University, and then worked in publishing. In 1994 together with Arnulf Conradi, chief editor at S. Fischer Verlag, and Conradi's wife Elisabeth Ruge, Heinichen was cofounder of . He remained a director until 1999. Heinichen writes noir novels featuring Commissario Proteo Laurenti as main character. Like his protagonist, he currently lives in Trieste. A comedy film is a category of film which emphasizes humor. These films are designed to make the audience laugh through amusement. Films in this style traditionally have a happy ending (black comedy being an exception). Comedy is one of the oldest genres in film and it is derived from the classical comedy in theatre.
