Seven Day Jesus
Seven Day Jesus (a.k.a. 7DJ or SDJ) was a Christian rock band formed in Huntington, West Virginia in 1994. The group disbanded in 1998, and reunited for one concert in 2004. Band history Seven Day Jesus was formed by childhood friends, singer and guitarist Brian McSweeney, rhythm guitarist Chris Beaty, bassist Wes Simpkins, and drummer Matt Sumpter. The band self-released several albums before signing with 5 Minute Walk. After releasing '' The Hunger'' in 1996, they were signed to ForeFront Records. In 1998, after a change in line-up, they released their self-titled album and changed their style significantly. The song "Butterfly" was nominated for Rock Recorded Song of the Year at the 1999 Dove Awards. The band broke up shortly after. They reunited in 2004 at Bleach's final live performance and released a live album soon after, featuring two sets of songs from live performances in 1996 and 1998. 5 Minute Walk
5 Minute Walk was an independent record label founded by Frank Tate in April 1995. Operations were based in Concord, California in the back offices of The Screem, a music club operated by Tate. They only carried Christian bands and considered themselves to be a Christian ministry. Most records were produced by Masaki Liu at Masaki's One Way Studio and executive produced by Frank Tate. Operations Records released under 5 Minute Walk were distributed by Diamante Music Group until September 1998. They then struck a deal with Forefront Records to distribute through EMI-owned Chordant Distribution in Christian markets and directly by EMI Distribution in mainstream markets. They also had a sublabel, SaraBellum Records, founded in 1997. Records released on the SaraBellum imprint were targeted at the general market, and distributed by the Warner Music Group. Bleach (American Band)
Bleach is an American Christian rock band based in Nashville, Tennessee. History Bleach was formed at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky, in 1995, originally under the name Muffin. In 1997, the band earned a Dove Award in the category of Modern Rock Recorded Song of the Year for its song "Epidermis Girl", from its first album ''Space''. The follow-up album, ''Static'', reached No. 22 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. In 2004, the band members announced that they were disbanding. Switchfoot is an American rock band from San Diego, California. The band's members are Jon Foreman (lead vocals, guitar), Tim Foreman (bass guitar, backing vocals), Chad Butler (drums, percussion), and Jerome Fontamillas (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals). Audio Adrenaline
Audio Adrenaline was an American Christian rock band that formed in 1986 at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky. The band gained recognition during the 1990s and received two Grammy Awards and multiple Dove Awards. Audio Adrenaline were regular performers at the annual Creation Festival, Spirit West Coast festival, Agape Music Festival, and Alive Festival. In 2007, the group disbanded due to lead singer Mark Stuart's spasmodic dysphonia. During this time, they released eight studio albums. After a hiatus, the band reformed in 2012 with only bassist Will McGinniss returning from the original line-up. ''Dance Praise'' is a series of Music video game, dance video games developed by Christian video game developer Digital Praise, with a particular emphasis on Contemporary Christian music. The series began on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X computers, and later expanded to iOS devices.
