Seth Costello
Seth Costello is a fictional character from the British television soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Miles Higson. He made his first appearance during the episode broadcast on 20 July 2010. His first major storyline was in 2011 when he was the centre of a steroids storyline. He also became involved in the storyline where his father Carl Costello (Paul Opacic) began an affair with Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe). 2020 saw the return of Seth, when he blackmailed the McQueen family with grandfather Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle). He departed again on 2 February 2021. Character creation and development On 12 April 2010, media entertainment website '' Digital Spy'' reported that a new family, the Costello's, would be introduced to ''Hollyoaks'' as part of the soap's ongoing rejuvenation. Miles Higson
Miles Higson (born 27 March 1993) is an English actor, known for portraying the role of Seth Costello in the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'' from 2010 to 2011, and again from 2020 to 2021. Career and life He studied for his A-Levels at Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School where he also took his GCSEs. He also attended the Manchester School Of Acting. Before landing his role in ''Hollyoaks'' he appeared in a short film with All Seeing Eye Productions. Higson formerly lived with co-stars Claire Cooper and Emmett J. Jason Costello (previously Jasmine Costello) is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Victoria Atkin. Kimberley Jane Tiddy (born 3 September 1977) is an English actress, known for her roles as PC Honey Harman in the ITV procedural drama ''The Bill'' and Heidi Costello in the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks''. Life and career The daughter of John Tiddy and his wife Roza Raymond, Tiddy was born in 1977 in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, and brought up in Surbiton, Greater London, by her mother after her father left. Jeffrey Alan Rawle (born 20 July 1951) is an English actor. He is known for portraying George Dent in the news-gathering sitcom ''Drop the Dead Donkey''. Jennifer Joanne Metcalfe (born 4 September 1983) is an English actress. She is best known for her roles of Jade Nicholls in Emmerdale and Mercedes McQueen in the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', which she has appeared in since 2006. Mercedes McQueen
Mercedes McQueen (also Owen, Fisher and Browning) is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera '' Hollyoaks'', played by Jennifer Metcalfe. She debuted on-screen during the episode airing on 19 June 2006 as the first character to be introduced to the series by series producer, Bryan Kirkwood. In 2008 Metcalfe feared that the character was to be axed but was later reassured by the series producer that she would not be. Metcalfe later stated her intention to stay with the series.
