Seshcha is an air base near Dubrovka, Bryansk Oblast of the Russian Air Force as part of Military Transport Aviation. The airbase was placed in operations in the early 1930s. Dubrovka (russian: Ду́бровка) is a settlement in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. Population: The town is located on Sesche on the river, a tributary of the Desna River. Military Transport Aviation Command is part of the Russian Air Force.
