Sergio Herrera (footballer, Born 1981)
Sergio Darío Herrera Month (born 15 March 1981 in Barrancabermeja) is a Colombian football manager and former player who played as a forward. Career Herrera began his career in 1999 with Alianza Petrolera, but stayed for just one season before moving to play in the Argentine Second Division with Club Almagro. However, he was soon on the move again, going back to Colombia and signing for América de Cali for the start of the 2000 Mustang Cup, which he won with América. He stayed in Cali for three seasons before moving back to the club where he had started, Alianza Petrolera, where he again stayed for only one season before he switched back to América de Cali where he had a successful season, scoring 13 goals in 22 matches. This sparked the interest of Saudi Premier League side Al Ittihad. However, he struggled to make an impact in Saudi Arabia and transferred to Brazil to play with Atlético Paranaense. Barrancabermeja is a city in Colombia, located on the shore of the Magdalena River, in the western part of the department of Santander. It is home to the largest oil refinery in the country, under direct management of ECOPETROL. Barrancabermeja is known as the Oil Capital of Colombia. The Saudi Crown Prince's Cup ( ar, كأس ولي العهد) was the Saudi Arabian annual cup competition. It was the oldest domestic football competition in Saudi Arabia, its first edition was held in 1956–57, but was not crowned from 1975 until 1990. Ricci Greenwood is a retired U.S. soccer player who played in Major League Soccer, USISL and the National Professional Soccer League. Greenwood grew up in Washington state. He attended Federal Way High School where he was an All State soccer and All Conference basketball player. Following high school, he took classes, but did not play soccer, at Highline Community College. However, he continued to play club soccer with FC Heat which won the Washington State U-19 championship. In 1992, he entered Seattle Pacific University. He was a 1995 first team All American. In March 1996, the Columbus Crew selected Greenwood in the second round (20th overall) in the 1996 MLS College Draft.
