Viktor Vladimirovich Gerashchenko (russian: Ви́ктор Влади́мирович Гера́щенко; born 21 December 1937 Leningrad, Soviet Union), nicknamed ''Gerakl'' (the Russian version of Heracles, or sometimes of debacle), was the Gosbank, chairman of the Soviet State bank during much of the Perestroika and post-Perestroika periods.
