La Senza Corporation is a Canadian fashion retailer that sells women's lingerie and intimate apparel. The La Senza brand is currently owned by Regent which operates and owns La Senza stores in Canada and the United States and uses a franchise model for the operation of stores outside Canada and the United States. At its peak, La Senza was the dominant lingerie retailer in Canada, with 322 corporate-owned stores across the country in January 2009. Laurence Lewin
Laurence Lewin (20 May 1944 – 12 November 2008) was an English-born Canadian accountant, computer programmer and entrepreneur, who was one of the co-founders of lingerie firm La Senza. Lewin was working at clothing retailer Suzy Shier, in 1990, when he co-founded La Senza, a lingerie firm that was eventually licensed to 700 retail outlets around the world. On 6 April 2006, La Senza issued a press release, quoting Lewin, to try to clarify its position as to whether one of its brassieres infringed a Victoria's Secret design. The firm was acquired by lingerie giant Victoria's Secret, on 12 October 2006, for $710 million CAD. Lewin immigrated from the United Kingdom to Canada, and settled in Montreal in the 1970s. Theodoros "Theo" Paphitis ( el, Θεόδωρος Παφίτης; born 24 September 1959) is a Greek-Cypriot British retail magnate and entrepreneur. He is best known for his appearances on the BBC business programme ''Dragons' Den'' and as former chairman of Millwall Football Club. Orland Park is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States, with a small portion in Will County. The village is a suburb of Chicago. Per the 2020 census, Orland Park had a population of 58,703.
