Onomichi, Hiroshima
is a city located in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, facing the Inland Sea. The city was founded on April 1, 1898. An aerial tramway, sky tram, cable car, ropeway, aerial tram, telepherique, or seilbahn is a type of aerial lift which uses one or two stationary ropes for support while a third moving rope provides propulsion. Senkō-ji (Onomichi)
is a historic Japanese temple in Senko-ji Park in Onomichi, Hiroshima, Japan. Overview Senkō-ji was founded in the year 806, the 1st year of the Daidō era. Senkō-ji is the 10th site of the Chūgoku 33 Kannon Pilgrimage. From Senkō-ji, visitors can view the downtown of Onomichi and the Seto Inland Sea.
