Seema Bisla (born 14 April 1993) also known as Seema, or Seema Seema, is an Indian wrestler. She is a bronze medalist at the Asian Wrestling Championships. She represented India at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. She lost her opening bout against Sarra Hamdi of Tunisia. Early and personal life Seema is youngest of for sisters from Rohtak district of Haryana state of India. Her father and uncle, of Bisla clan of jats, earlier had career as wrestlers too. She was born in Gudhan village of Rohtak district. Akhara or Akhada (Sanskrit and Hindi: अखाड़ा, shortened to ''khara'' Hindi: खाड़ा) is an Indian word for a place of practice with facilities for boarding, lodging and training, both in the context of Indian martial artists or a ''sampradaya'' monastery for religious renunciates in Guru–shishya tradition. it is similar to the Greek-origin word ''academy'' and the English word ''school'', can be used to mean both a physical institution or a group of them which share a common lineage or are under a single leadership, such as the school of monastic thought or the school of martial arts. The 2021 World Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament was the last wrestling qualification tournament for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. The event was held from 6 to 9 May 2021, in Sofia, Bulgaria. Qualification summary A total of 36 athletes secured a spot in the 2020 Summer Olympics, in Tokyo, Japan. Repechage (; french: repêchage, "fishing out, rescuing") is a practice in series competitions that allows participants who failed to meet qualifying standards by a small margin to continue to the next round. Mariya Stadnik ( uk, Марія Василівна Стадник; Mariya Vasylivna Stadnyk; born 3 June 1988) is a Ukrainian-born Azerbaijani female wrestler. She is a four-time Olympic medalist. Personal life Stadnik was born on 3 June 1988 in Lviv, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union. She is married to Ukrainian wrestler Andriy Stadnik. Her sister-in-law, Yana Rattigan, competes in the same weight category as Mariya. Career In 2006, Stadnik was disqualified for a period of one year for failing a doping test in 2006.
