Sebastião Lazaroni
Sebastião Barroso Lazaroni, (born 25 September 1950) is a Brazilian football manager who last coached Qatar Stars League club Qatar SC. He was born in Muriaé, Minas Gerais state. He is well known in Brazil as the manager who tried to introduce the libero position in Brazilian football. He used the 3–5–2 scheme during the 1990 FIFA World Cup, but it was a failure, and Brazil was eliminated in the second round by Argentina. When he was the Brazil national team head coach, in 35 matches, he won 21, drew seven and lost seven. He helped Brazil win the South American Championship in 1989, the team's first Copa América title in 39 years. He is also known for his being the head coach of Turkish club Fenerbahçe that ended the 40-year undefeated European home record of Manchester United in the UEFA Champions' League match in 1996. Qatar National Football Team
The Qatar national football team ( ar, منتخب قطر لكرة القدم) represents Qatar in international football, and is controlled by the Qatar Football Association and AFC. The team has appeared in ten Asian Cup tournaments and won it once in 2019, beating Japan, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea in the process, conceding just one goal. They play their home games at Khalifa International Stadium and Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium. The latter is considered the home stadium for the team. Qatar hosted the 2022 FIFA World Cup and therefore qualified automatically for what was their first appearance in the finals. It was the first time an Arab nation hosted the competition. Esporte Clube Juventude, also known as Juventude, is a Brazilian football team in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. The club currently competes in the top tier of Brazilian football, the Série A, as well as in Campeonato Gaúcho Série A, the first level of the Rio Grande do Sul state football league. Major titles won by the club include the 1999 Copa do Brasil and the 1994 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B. Juventude also competes in the top tier state league of Rio Grande do Sul, having won it once, in 1998. The Copa América 1989 football tournament was hosted by Brazil, from 1 to 16 July. All ten CONMEBOL member nations participated. Brazil won their fourth Copa América, and first since 1949, by beating Uruguay 1–0 in the final match at the Estádio do Maracanã. This achievement ended a 19-year streak without official titles for the Brazilians. The last one had been in the 1970 World Cup.
