Sebastián Herrera (footballer, Born 1969)
Sebastián Herrera Zamora (born 22 April 1969) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a central defender. He amassed La Liga totals of 176 games and three goals over seven seasons, representing Barcelona, Mallorca, Burgos, Lleida and Espanyol. He added 117 matches and three goals in the Segunda División, in a 21-year senior career where he also competed professionally in Portugal. Club career Herrera was born in Copenhagen, Denmark to Spanish parents, at the time working in the country. He graduated from FC Barcelona's La Masia, after joining their youth system at the age of 11. During the 1990–91 season, after making his senior debut with the reserves and the third team, manager Johann Cruyff allowed Herrera to appear in five competitive games with the main squad. His debut occurred on 5 December 1990 in a 0–1 home loss against Real Madrid in the Supercopa de España, and he also started in the second leg which ended with a 4–1 defeat. Sebastián Herrera Cardona (born 23 January 1995) is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Bosnian Premier League club Borac Banja Luka. Career Herrera began his professional career at Deportivo Pereira where he made his senior debut playing in the Postobón Cup against their " Clásico Cafetero" rivals Once Caldas. On 1 July 2015 he signed a contract with Macedonian side Rabotnički where he played for 5 years and received Macedonian citizenship. In 2020, Herrera signed for MTK Budapest, one of Hungary's most successful clubs. On 26 January 2023, Herrera signed with Doxa Katokopias in Cyprus. Sebastián Herrera Barnuevo
Sebastián Herrera Barnuevo (1611 or 1619–1671) was a painter, architect, sculptor and etcher, who was born and died in Madrid, Spain. His father, Antonio Herrera, was a sculptor; after being taught by his father, Sebastiano was taught by Alonzo Cano. Like Cano, Herrera worked for king Philip IV of Spain, among others in the nobility. His was held to be modest and deeply religious. His painting colors were brilliant and harmonized in the manner of Titian, however his style was so close to Guido as to be sometimes indistinguishable. (''St. Barnabas'' was long believed to be by Guido.) At the end of the 19th century, most of his paintings were in Madrid. His best are considered the "St. Barnabas" in El Escorial, the ''Beatification of St. Augustine'' in the Chapel of the Augustinian Recollects and the ''Nativity'' in the San Jerónimo el Real.
