Sebastian Rode (; born 11 October 1990) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt. Career Kickers Offenbach Rode made his professional debut for Kickers Offenbach on 7 March 2009 in the 3. Liga – the third tier of German football – against Eintracht Braunschweig. The 2018–19 Regionalliga is the eleventh season of the Regionalliga, the seventh under the new format, as the fourth tier of the German football league system. Format A new promotion format was used this season. The champions of the Regionalliga Nordost and Südwest were promoted directly to the 2019–20 3. Liga, as well as the champion of a third league determined in a draw. The other two champions participated in the promotion play-offs to determine the fourth promoted team. The Regionalliga West is a German semi-professional football division administered by the Western German Football Association based in Duisburg. It is one of the five German regional football associations. Being the single flight of the Western German state association, the Regionalliga is currently a level 4 division of the German football league system. The 2017–18 DFB-Pokal was the 75th season of the annual German football cup competition. Sixty-four teams participated in the competition, including all teams from the previous year's Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga. The 2016 DFL-Supercup was the seventh edition of the German Super Cup under the name DFL-Supercup, an annual football match contested by the winners of the previous season's Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal competitions.
