Sebastian Roche Ferreira (born 10 February 1994) is a South African-born international rugby union player for . Ferreira plays club rugby for Heidelberg in the Rugby-Bundesliga, having previously played for the in 2016. His regular position is lock or flanker. Club rugby 2010–2014: Western Province Ferreira was born in Cape Town and started playing rugby at primary school level, aged 10. He attended Paarl Boys' High School, where he was first selected to represent local provincial union Western Province at the Under-16 Grant Khomo Week in 2010. He scored tries in victories over the Lions and Blue Bulls in the tournament and was chosen to represent Western Province in the Under-18 Craven Week tournaments in both 2011 and 2012. Premiership Rugby, officially known as Gallagher Premiership Rugby, or the Gallagher Premiership for sponsorship reasons, is an English professional rugby union competition. The 2016 Currie Cup Premier Division was the top tier of the second stage of the 2016 Currie Cup, the 78th edition of this annual South African rugby union competition organised by the South African Rugby Union. Cinderford R
Cinderford is a town and civil parish on the eastern fringe of the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, England. The population was 8,777 at the 2021 Census. The town came into existence in the 19th century, following the rapid expansion of Cinderford Ironworks and the Forest of Dean Coalfield. Cinderford's origins can be seen in the style and layout of the town, with long rows of identical terraced housing similar to those found in the mining villages of the South Wales Valleys. Ampthill Rugby Club is an English rugby union team based in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. The club runs six senior teams and the full range of junior sides. The first XV play in the RFU Championship, the second tier of the English rugby union system. National One (last season known as National League 1 and previously known before September 2009 as National Division Two), is the third of three national leagues in the domestic rugby union competition of England. It was known as Courage League National Division Three when founded in 1987. Caldy are the current champions. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) approved a new structure for the National Leagues from the 2022–23 season. This division will be reduced to fourteen teams, playing each other on a home and away basis to make a total of 26 matches each. The champions are promoted to the RFU Championship and the bottom three teams are relegated to either National Two East, National Two North or National Two West depending on the geographical location of the team. The 2015 SARU Community Cup (known as the ''2015 Cell C Community Cup'' for sponsorship reasons) will be the third season of the SARU Community Cup competition. The qualification to the tournament will take place in 2014, while the competition proper will be contested in 2015. The tournament is the top competition for non-university rugby union clubs in South Africa. The Premiership Rugby Shield was launched in 2003 as the Premiership Rugby A League. It runs parallel to the Premiership Rugby seasons. Split into north and south pools, it comprises twelve sides. The clubs select players from their academy and first team squads to make up their A League teams. This gives both young and experienced players the opportunity to play competitive rugby week in week out. Players from feeder clubs are allowed to play under dual registration for additional development benefit. Despite Bristol Bears having played in the Championship for several seasons since 2003.
