Sebastian Colțescu
Constantin Sebastian Colțescu (born 6 May 1977) is a Romanian football referee. Career Colțescu was promoted to the Division A in 2003, when he led the match between Oțelul Galați and Gloria Bistrița, on 28 November 2003. In 2006, he was added to the FIFA list and refereed a series of matches in the UEFA Intertoto Cup and the UEFA Cup. He made his debut in the Intertoto Cup in a match between Zrinjski Mostar and Marsaxlokk on 27 July 2006. In 2007, Colțescu was excluded from the FIFA list and relegated to the Second League in Romania. He managed to return to the country's A referees' corps at the end of 2008. On 8 December 2020, Colțescu was accused of racism during a UEFA Champions League match between Paris Saint-Germain and İstanbul Başakşehir, after referring to former player Pierre Webó Pierre Achille Webó Kouamo (born 20 January 1982), known as Webó, is a Cameroonian football manager and former professional player who played as a striker. Liga I
The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. The Liga I was established in 1909 and commenced play for the 1909–10 campaign, being currently on the 29th place in UEFA's league coefficient ranking list. It is administered by the Liga Profesionistă de Fotbal, also known by the acronym LPF. Pierre Achille Webó Kouamo (born 20 January 1982), known as Webó, is a Cameroonian football manager and former professional player who played as a striker. He is the assistant manager of Turkish club İstanbul Başakşehir. He spent eight years of his career in La Liga, appearing in a combined 227 matches for Osasuna and Mallorca and scoring 47 goals (in Spain he also represented Leganés). He also competed professionally in Uruguay and Turkey. A Cameroon international in the 2000s, Webó appeared with the country in two World Cups and as many Africa Cup of Nations. The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company with the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Divisions Since its inception in 1934, Liga II had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions.
