Seascape Beach Resort
The Seascape Beach Resort is a resort located in Aptos, California in the United States. History Seascape Beach Resort was founded and built by Aptos Seascape Corporation in the 1960s. The resort is located on 45 acres of the privately owned Seascape Beach, which lies between Capitola and the Pajaro River. The resort is adjacent to Seascape Park. It overlooks the Monterey Bay. It is the largest privately owned single development project in Aptos. While founded in the 1960s, it wasn't until the 1990s that the first condominiums were built. All of the Condos within the development are individually owned and are zoned visitor accommodations. Owners can choose either resort management or self manage via VRBO, Airbnb, etc,. The hotel has been visited by Pablo Sandoval, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. Facilities There are 285 rooms onsite spread over seven buildings. Aptos, California
Aptos (Ohlone for "The People") is an unincorporated town in Santa Cruz County, California. The town is made up of several small villages, which together form Aptos: Aptos Hills-Larkin Valley, Aptos Village, Cabrillo, Seacliff, Rio del Mar, and Seascape. Together, they have a combined population of 24,402. History Aptos was traditionally inhabited by the Awaswas tribe of Ohlone people. The name is one of only three native words that have survived (in Hispanicized form) as place names in Santa Cruz County (the others are Soquel and Zayante). The first European land exploration of Alta California, the Spanish Portolá expedition, passed through the area on its way north, camping at one of the creeks on October 16, 1769. Capitola, California
Capitola is a small seaside town in Santa Cruz County, California. Capitola is located on the northern shores of Monterey Bay, on the Central Coast of California. The city had a population of 9,938 at the 2020 census. Capitola is a popular tourist destination, owing to its beaches and restaurants. History The original settlement now known as Capitola grew out of what was then called Soquel Landing. Soquel Landing got its name from a wharf located at the mouth of Soquel Creek. Monterey Bay is a bay of the Pacific Ocean located on the coast of the U.S. state of California, south of the San Francisco Bay Area and its major city at the south of the bay, San Jose.
