Sean McConville
Sean Joseph McConville (born 6 March 1989) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Clitheroe. Career Accrington Stanley McConville signed for Accrington Stanley in February 2009, from Skelmersdale United having previously been on trial with Stockport County. He made his debut for Accrington Stanley on 14 February 2009, away to Bournemouth in the 1–0 defeat coming on as a substitute in the 68th minute replacing John Mullin. Stockport County In July 2011, he signed for Stockport County. In March 2012, McConville joined League One Rochdale, on a loan deal for the remainder of the season. His contract with the club was cancelled by mutual consent in August 2012. Barrow On 14 September 2012, McConville joined Conference club Barrow on a one-month contract. The National League North, formerly Conference North, is a division of the National League in England, immediately below the National League division. Along with the National League South, it is at the second level of the National League System, and at the sixth tier overall of the English football league system. The 2013–14 Football Conference season is the tenth season with the Conference consisting of three divisions and the thirty-fourth season overall. The Conference covers the top two levels of Non-League football in England. The Conference Premier is the fifth highest level of the overall pyramid, whilst the Conference North and Conference South exist at the sixth level. The top team and the winner of the playoff of the Premier division will be promoted to Football League Two, while the bottom four are relegated to the North or South divisions. The Football Association Challenge Trophy, commonly known as the FA Trophy, is a men's football knockout cup competition run by and named after the English Football Association and competed for primarily by semi-professional teams. The competition was instigated in 1969 to cater to those non-league clubs that paid their players and were therefore not eligible to enter the FA Amateur Cup.
