Sean J. Kennedy (born September 20, 1971 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American drum set player, percussionist, recording artist, author and educator. Kennedy's drumset method book ''Camp Jam: Rock Solid Drums'' was nominated as Educational Drum Book of the Year in the 2011 ''Modern Drummer'' magazine reader's poll. Kennedy's release ''Sixty Second Solos'' won 2nd Runner Up in the 2015 DRUMMIES, ''DRUM! Magazine'' an annual readers poll award. Donald Nally (born December 27, 1960) is an American conductor, chorus master, and professor of conducting, specializing in chamber choirs, opera, and new music. He is conductor of the professional new-music choir, The Crossing, based in Philadelphia. He teaches graduate students at Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music. Robert Alan Mintzer (born January 27, 1953) is an American jazz saxophonist, composer, arranger, and big band leader. Early life Mintzer was born and raised in a Jewish family in New Rochelle, New York, on January 27, 1953. He attended the Interlochen Arts Academy, Michigan from 1969 to 1970, then was at the Hartt School of Music, Hartford, Connecticut for two years, before attending the Manhattan School of Music from 1972 to 1974. Sharon Lee "Sherrie" Maricle (born September 2, 1963, Buffalo, New York) is an American jazz drummer. Maricle's musical education began in the fourth grade when she started with the clarinet after being told that the trumpet was off-limits to girls. She moved on to the cello and settled on the drums in the sixth grade after seeing Buddy Rich play. Maricle began playing professionally, performing locally with Slam Stewart, while studying music (BA 1985) at SUNY-Binghamton.
