Scullers Jazz Club is a jazz club in Allston, Massachusetts, situated in the Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel on Soldiers Field Road, which overlooks the Charles River. It was established in 1989 and also hosts Latin, blues, soul, R & B, and World Music acts. A broad range of artists have played the club from Ben E. King, Jesse Green, The J. Allston is an officially recognized neighborhood within the City of Boston, Massachusetts, United States. It was named after the American painter and poet Washington Allston. Jesse Green (born 1971) is an American jazz pianist, composer, arranger, and record producer. He has recorded three albums as a leader, all released by Chiaroscuro Records. Early life Green is the son of trombonist Urbie Green and vocalist Kathy Preston. "He started tinkering on the piano picking out tunes as early as age three. When he was six he began piano lessons but the young musician did not decide to make a career out of music until he was already in junior college." Eyran Katsenelenbogen (born July 5, 1965) is an Israeli jazz pianist. Background Katsenelenbogen was born in Israel and was first taught by Aida Barenboim, mother and teacher of pianist/conductor Daniel Barenboim. Earl Klugh ( ; born September 16, 1953) is an American acoustic guitarist and composer. He has won one Grammy award and thirteen nominations. Tony Bennett
Anthony Dominick Benedetto (born August 3, 1926), known professionally as Tony Bennett, is an American retired singer of traditional pop standards, big band, show tunes, and jazz. Bennett is also a painter, having created works under his birth name that are on permanent public display in several institutions. He is the founder of the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts in Astoria, Queens, New York. Bennett began singing at an early age.
