Scream (1981 Film)
''Scream'' (also released as ''The Outing'') is a 1981 American slasher film written and directed by Byron Quisenberry and starring Pepper Martin, Hank Worden, Ethan Wayne, Ann Bronston, and Julie Marine. Plot A group of twelve people on a camping tour of the Rio Grande decide to spend the night in an old ghost town, and an unseen killer begins to dispatch them one by one. On the first night at the stroke of midnight, three of the group are killed in rapid succession: Allen is found hanged; his friends Ross and John both hacked by a cleaver. In the morning, the nine survivors try to leave, but find their three rubber rafts slashed apart by someone (or something) forcing them to spend another night at the ghost town. During the day, two youths on motor dirt bikes arrive and one of the guides, named Jerry, leaves with one of them to get help from a nearby ranch which is over 30 miles away. Pepper Martin (actor)
Howard Martin (September 20, 1936 – March 18, 2022), known as Pepper Martin, was a Canadian-American actor and professional wrestler. Early life Martin was born in Hamilton, Ontario. In 1944, when he was seven years old, "his parents went out for a night of dinner and dancing at the local Moose Hall. The festivities took place in a second-floor room that became a death trap when an arsonist set fire to the only stairwell. His father wrapped his mother in drapes to protect her and was opening a window that provided access to a nearby tree when the panicked crowd rushed at him and accidentally pushed him out the window and into the tree. The next day, his father sent him and older sister Eileen to an aunt's farm for a week. On the car ride back, he unceremoniously presented them with an article rehashing the gruesome details of that night and conveying the news of their mother's death." ''Terror Circus'' (also released as ''The Barn of the Naked Dead'' and ''Nightmare Circus'') is a 1973 American exploitation horror film directed by Alan Rudolph, and starring Andrew Prine, Manuela Thiess, Sherry Alberoni, Gyl Roland, and Sheila Bromley. It follows three showgirls who are kidnapped in the desert by a psychopath who imprisons women in his barn near the former site of a nuclear disaster.
