Scott Morgan (rugby Player)
Scott Morgan (born 17 October 1978) is a Welsh former international rugby union player who played as a lock or flanker. Morgan began his career at Neath before joining Llanelli, Bristol and Leeds. In 2006 he joined Cardiff Blues. During his time at Leeds he helped them win the 2004–05 Powergen Cup, the final of which he started. In July 2010 Morgan joined Newport Gwent Dragons. He was released by Newport Gwent Dragons in June 2012 International Morgan represented Wales at under-21 level and was a part of the senior squad for the 2007 Six Nations Championship. He made his debut for the Wales national rugby union team in 2007 against Australia in Brisbane. National League 1
National One (last season known as National League 1 and previously known before September 2009 as National Division Two), is the third of three national leagues in the domestic rugby union competition of England. It was known as Courage League National Division Three when founded in 1987. Caldy are the current champions. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) approved a new structure for the National Leagues from the 2022–23 season. This division will be reduced to fourteen teams, playing each other on a home and away basis to make a total of 26 matches each. The champions are promoted to the RFU Championship and the bottom three teams are relegated to either National Two East, National Two North or National Two West depending on the geographical location of the team. Coventry Rugby Football Club is a professional rugby union club based in Coventry, England. The club enjoyed great success during the 1960s and 70s, with many players representing their countries.
