Scott Christopherson
Scott Christopherson (born May 17, 1989) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the Marquette Golden Eagles and the Iowa State Cyclones. Christopherson played professionally in Belarus, Australia and Switzerland. High school career Christopherson began his high school career at Melrose-Mindoro High School for his first two years but came to prominence at Aquinas High School, where he was named Wisconsin Mr. Basketball during his senior season. He committed to play for the Marquette Golden Eagles before his sophomore season when he was recruited by head coach Tom Crean. College career The start of Christopherson's college basketball career was hampered when he underwent knee surgery in November 2007, and he averaged just 1.3 points per game in 18 games played during his freshman season. Iowa State Cyclones Men's Basketball
The Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball team represents Iowa State University (ISU) and competes in the Big 12 Conference of NCAA Division I. The Cyclones play their home games at Hilton Coliseum on Iowa State's campus. History Early years (1908–1980) From 1907 to 1928, the Cyclones played in the Missouri Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Association, managing a few winning records in-conference but no championships. In 1929, the Cyclones moved to the Big Six Conference and named Louis Menze as head coach. Over the next 19 years, Menze would lead the Cyclones to four conference championships (their only seasons with a winning conference record in this period). The 2012 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament was a single-elimination tournament involving 68 schools playing to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college basketball. The Swiss Basketball League, also known as SB League or SBL, is the top-tier professional club basketball league in Switzerland. It is organized by Swiss Basketball. Marty Clarke (basketball)
Martin Clarke (born 22 May 1967) is an Australian former professional basketball player and coach. He is the former head coach of the National Basketball League's Adelaide 36ers and was an assistant coach of the Australian Boomers at the 2012 London Olympics. In 2018, Clarke was hired as the director of the NBA Global Academy at the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence in Canberra. Playing career As a player, Clarke was a Guard who originally played for the Devonport Warriors in the Tasmanian State League in 1984. He was then offered a scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) where he played for the program's South East Australian Basketball League (SEABL) team from 1985 to 1987. While attending the AIS, Clarke captained the Australian Under-19 team to fifth place at the 1987 FIBA Under-19 World Championship held in Bormio, Italy.
