Scio High School is a public high school in Scio, Oregon. As one of eight public high schools located in Linn County, OR, Linn County, the school serves a large portion of the county's northwestern corner. The district spans the greater Scio area, reaching the community of Jordan, Oregon and northern parts of Lacomb, Oregon. Academics In 2017, 95% of the school's seniors received their high school diploma. Jordan is an unincorporated community in Linn County, in the U.S. state of Oregon. It lies along Oregon Route 226, southeast of Stayton and about halfway between Scio and Lyons. The Houston Oilers were a professional American football team that played in Houston from its founding in 1960 to 1996 before relocating to Memphis, and later Nashville, Tennessee becoming the Tennessee Titans. The Oilers began play in 1960 as a charter member of the American Football League (AFL). The team won two AFL championships before joining the NFL as part of the AFL–NFL merger in the late 1960s.
