Ed Schuller
Edwin Gunther Schuller (January 11, 1955) is an American jazz bassist and composer. His father is Gunther Schuller, a composer, horn player, and music professor, and his younger brother is drummer George Schuller. Career A native of New York City, Schuller learned clarinet and guitar as a child. He switched to double bass at age 15, and the same year he had his first professional appearances with Ricky Ford. He studied at the New England Conservatory of Music. Wendy Luebbers Schuller is an American basketball coach who was, until 2021, the head coach for the Eastern Washington Eagles women's basketball team, a position she had held since 2001. Born in Redlands, California, Schuller attended and played for Fresno Pacific University as a shooting guard for the Sunbirds. Before graduating in 1992, she was selected as an NAIA Academic All-American. As coach at Eastern Washington, Schuller has advanced to the Big Sky Conference tournament 16 times. Rasmus Schüller (born 18 June 1991) is a Finnish footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Djurgårdens IF and the Finland national team. Club career Early career Schüller began his career at FC Kasiysi, a club based in his hometown Espoo. Later he moved on to rivals HooGee.
