Tarcău
Tarcău is a commune in Neamț County, Western Moldavia, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Ardeluța, Brateș, Cazaci, Schitu Tarcău, Straja, and Tarcău. The commune is located in the southwestern part of the county, on the border with Bacău County. It is nestled in the foothills of the Tarcău Mountains, a mountain range of the Eastern Carpathians.
