Scenic Hill Tunnel
Scenic Hill Tunnel () is a road tunnel located on the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge, in Scenic Hill, Chek Lap Kok, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. The west exit of the tunnel is near the Ngong Ping 360 Airport Island Angle Station and the fuel storage centre. It runs through Scenic Hill and along the current Airport Road and under the MTR Airport Express lines, and passes through the new reclamation areas, connecting the Hong Kong road sections and the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge port. Chek Lap Kok
Chek Lap Kok is an island in the western waters of Hong Kong's New Territories. Unlike the smaller Lam Chau, it was only partially leveled when it was assimilated via land reclamation into the island for the current Hong Kong International Airport, which opened for commercial aviation in 1998. The airport is popularly referred to as ''Chek Lap Kok Airport'' to distinguish it from the former Hong Kong International Airport, now commonly known as Kai Tak Airport (). Scenic Hill () is a hill on Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong, and stands at a height of above the sea level. Today, Scenic Hill is the tallest point on Chek Lap Kok Island, which houses Hong Kong International Airport. In the 1990s, taller nearby mountains on Chek Lap Kok Island were bulldozed to make reclaimed-land for the airport. Islands District
The Islands District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It is part of the New Territories. It had a population of 170,900 in 2018. Hong Kong consists of a peninsula and 263 islands. Airport Express (MTR)
The Airport Express is one of the lines of the Hong Kong MTR system. It links the urban area with the Hong Kong International Airport and the AsiaWorld–Expo exhibition and convention centre. It is the only rail link to the airport's terminal. It runs parallel to the Tung Chung line, a traditional rapid transit line, from Hong Kong station to just south of the channel between Lantau Island and Chek Lap Kok, on which the airport was constructed. The line continues to the airport and terminates at AsiaWorld–Expo. The Tung Chung line terminates in the adjacent Tung Chung new town, with bus service to various areas at the airport, including the passenger terminals.
