Scenes From A Movie
Scenes from a Movie is an American band from Charleston, West Virginia. History Scenes from a Movie members Tony Bush and Jon Ewing were friends in high school. Ewing went on to the University of Charleston while Bush went to college at Bowling Green State University.Biography Allmusic.com Ewing, and the guitarist Luke Del Papa, convinced Bush to leave university and the group expanded to a quintet, choosing the name Scenes from a Movie. Adding Jared Miller on drums and Adam Triplett on bass guitar, the group started touring, soon appearing with groups such as The Starting Line, Thursday and Boys Like Girls. They signed to an East West Records subsidiary, One Big Spark, in 2006, and continued touring, playing at Warped Tour 2007 and then opening for Permanent ME and The Junior Varsity. Warped Tour
The Warped Tour was a traveling rock tour that toured the United States plus three or four stops in Canada annually each summer from 1995 until 2019. It was the largest traveling music festival in the United States and the longest-running touring music festival to date in North America. Following the first Warped Tour, the skateboard shoe manufacturer Vans became the tour’s main sponsor, when it then became known as the Vans Warped Tour. Vans toured Australia in 1998-2002 and again in 2013. Although Vans continued as main sponsor and lent its name to the festival, other sponsors also participated, with stages or other aspects of the festival being named after them on occasion. Panic! at the Disco is the solo project of American musician Brendon Urie. It was originally a pop rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004 by childhood friends Urie, Ryan Ross, Spencer Smith, and Brent Wilson. They recorded their first demos while they were in high school. Shortly after, the band recorded and released their debut studio album, ''A Fever You Can't Sweat Out'' (2005). Fall Out Boy is an American Rock music, rock band formed in Wilmette, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, in 2001. The band consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, lead guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley. The band originated from Chicago's hardcore punk scene and was formed by Wentz and Trohman as a pop punk side project; Stump joined shortly thereafter. The Junior Varsity is an American emo alternative rock band from Central Illinois. Biography Formed in 2002 by current guitarist Andy Wildrick, the band succeeded another local band called Winner Takes All; several songs written during that time were later recorded as Junior Varsity songs. The Junior Varsity self-released a six-song EP in 2002, with Noah Wenger taking lead vocals. A series of changes since has led to the band's line-up of Asa Dawson on bass guitar and vocals, Andy Wildrick on lead guitar, Sergio Coronado on rhythm guitar, Chris Birch on drums, and Nick Dodson on keyboards.
