Scanian Derbies
A Scanian derby ( sv, Skånederby) is the name given to any fixture between football clubs in Scania, the southernmost county and traditional province of Sweden. The most high-profile fixture in the region is the rivalry between Helsingborgs IF and Malmö FF. Historically, the rivalry between the two clubs and Landskrona BoIS is also well known. Additional Scanian football clubs that are playing in the upper three tiers of Swedish football are BK Olympic, IFK Malmö, Trelleborgs FF, Lunds BK, Torns IF and Ängelholms FF. Two cities have more than one club in the top three tiers: Malmö with MFF, BK Olympic and IFK Malmö, and Lund with Lunds BK and Torns IF. Red Pog

Malmö FF
Malmö Fotbollförening, commonly known as Malmö FF, Malmö, or MFF, is a professional football club and the most successful football club in Sweden in terms of trophies won. Formed in 1910 and affiliated with the Scania Football Association, Malmö FF is based at Eleda Stadion in Malmö, Scania. The club has won a record 22 Swedish championship titles and the most national cup titles with 15. Malmö FF won its first Championship in 1944. Ettan Fotboll
Ettan Fotboll, or simply Ettan ( en, the one), which also is its common name in everyday speech, is the third level in the Swedish football league system and consists of 32 Swedish football teams. It was formerly simply known as ''Division 1''. Division 1 was the second tier from 1987 to 1999, but was replaced by Superettan in 2000. It was reestablished for the 2006 season as the third tier below Superettan. Superettan
Superettan (; meaning the super first (division)) is an association football league and the second highest league in the league system of Swedish men's football. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Allsvenskan and Division 1. Seasons run from April to October, with teams playing 30 matches each, totalling 240 matches in the season. The league was created in 2000. The second tier of Swedish football had previously consisted of a varying number of regionalized leagues operating under the Division 2 (1924–1986) and Division 1 (1987–1999) names. Allsvenskan
Allsvenskan (; en, the All-Swedish, also known as Fotbollsallsvenskan, en, the Football All-Swedish) is a Swedish professional league for men's association football clubs. It was founded in 1924 and is the top tier of the Swedish football league system, operating on a system of promotion and relegation with Superettan. Seasons run from late March or early April to the beginning of November, with the 16 clubs all meeting each other twice, resulting in a 30-match season, for a total of 240 matches league-wide. Allsvenskan is ranked 23rd in the UEFA coefficients of leagues based on performances in European competitions over the last five years. Lund
Lund (, , ) is a city in the southern Swedish provinces of Sweden, province of Scania, across the Øresund, Öresund strait from Copenhagen. Malmö

Ängelholms FF
Ängelholms FF is a football club based in Ängelholm, Sweden. The club is affiliated to Skånes Fotbollförbund and play their home games at Ängelholms IP. The club was formed in 1976 as a merger between Ängelholms IF and Skörpinge GIF. The club plays in Division 1, the third highest tier of Swedish football. History Ängelholms IF were founded in 1905 and Skörpinge GIF were founded in 1950. Torns IF
Torns IF is a Swedish football club located in Stångby, an urban area in Lund Municipality in Skåne County. Background Torns Idrottsförening was formed in 1965 and is based in Stångby, just north of the city of Lund. Torns IF is an expanding club with football as its primary focus. Currently around 350 children and youths play football for the club, and they are primarily from Stångby, Vallkärra, and the northern parts of the city of Lund. Since 1983 the club has operated its own full-sized indoor hall and cafeteria, Tornhallen. The Stångby Fair is arranged by Torns IF every autumn with arts and crafts exhibitors in Tornhallen. Lunds BK
Lunds BK is a football club from Lund, Sweden founded in 1919. The club currently plays in Division 1 Södra. Despite their relative success Lunds BK has never competed in the Allsvenskan or Superettan, but has played nine seasons in the second highest level. The club is well known for their youth football programme and has managed numerous players such as Martin Dahlin and Roger Ljung who have progressed to major clubs. History The team was first formed in 1919 when Lund GIF's youth players rebelled against their coach because they were not getting any playing time. Trelleborgs FF
Trelleborgs Fotbollsförening, more commonly known as Trelleborgs FF or simply Trelleborg, is a Swedish football club located in Trelleborg. Formed 6 December 1926, the club plays in Superettan, the second tier in the Swedish Football system. Trelleborgs FF has participated 17 times in Allsvenskan and once in the UEFA Cup where the team eliminated Blackburn Rovers in the 1994–1995 season. Trelleborg have had a reputation of being a less fashionable provincial side, making the most of limited resources and a small fan base.
