Sayyid Abdul-Nabi Mousavi Fard (Persian: سید عبدالنبی موسوی فرد) (born 1956, Jahrom, grew-up in Khorramshahr) is an Iranian Twelver Shi'a cleric, who has been recently appointed as the representative of Wali-Faqih (Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist) in Khuzestan province and likewise as the Imam of Friday Prayer of Ahwaz by the order of Sayyid Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, on 30 April 2019. Mousavi Fard who is also known as "Hujjatul-Islam Mousavi Fard", went to Qom after Iran-Iraq war (in order to pass his seminary courses). Khuzestan
Khuzestan Province (also spelled Xuzestan; fa, استان خوزستان ''Ostān-e Xūzestān'') is one of the 31 provinces of Iran. It is in the southwest of the country, bordering Iraq and the Persian Gulf. Its capital is Ahvaz and it covers an area of . Since 2014, it has been part of Iran's Region 4. Ramhormoz ( fa, ) is the capital city of Ramhormoz County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. In ancient times it had been known as ''Samangan'', having been established by the Sassanid king Hormizd I, although an Elamite tomb has been found as well. Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei ( fa, سید علی حسینی خامنهای, ; born 19 April 1939) is a Twelver Shia ''marja''' and the second and current Supreme Leader of Iran, in office 1989 Iranian Supreme Leader election, since 1989. Ahvaz ( fa, اهواز, Ahvâz ) is a city in the southwest of Iran and the capital of Khuzestan province. Ahvaz's population is about 1,300,000 and its built-up area with the nearby town of Sheybani is home to 1,136,989 inhabitants.
