Sayaka Yoshimura
is a Japanese curler from Sapporo, Hokkaido. She is the skip of the FORTIUS curling team, which won the Japan Curling Championships in both 2015 and 2021. At the international level, she has represented Japan twice at the World Women's Curling Championship (, ) and two Pacific-Asia Curling Championships in and , winning the gold medal in 2021. Career Yoshimura made her international debut for Japan at the 2006 Pacific Junior Curling Championships, playing lead for Team Japan, skipped by Megumi Kobayashi. Kitami
is a Cities of Japan, city in Okhotsk Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan. Sara McManus
Sara McManus (born 13 December 1991) is a Swedish curler from Gävle. She currently plays third on Team Anna Hasselborg. With the Hasselborg rink, she won the gold medal in women's curling at the 2018 Winter Olympics. Career McManus was the alternate for the Swedish team at the 2009 and 2010 World Junior Curling Championships. The team, which was skipped by Anna Hasselborg, finished in sixth place in 2009 and won the gold medal in 2010. The 2012 World Junior Curling Championships was held from March 3 to 11 at the Z-Hallen in Östersund, Sweden. Östersund previously hosted the World Junior Curling Championships in 1999 and in 2008. Kim Eun-jung (curler)
Kim Eun-jung, nicknamed "Annie" (born November 29, 1990) is a South Korean curler from Uiseong. She currently skips her own team on the World Curling Tour. Kim skipped the national team from 2016 to 2018 and represented Korea on home ice at the 2018 Winter Olympics where her team won a silver medal. Career As a junior skip, Kim led South Korea to three-straight silver medals at the Pacific-Asia Junior Curling Championships. Curling at the 2011 Winter Universiade took place at the Milli Piyango Curling Arena from January 27 to February 6. Ten men's and women's teams were qualified to compete in the Universiade based on their performance at the previous competition and at the 2009 and 2010 World Junior Curling Championships and the 2009 and 2010 Men's and Women's Curling Championships. They competed in a round-robin format, and the top four teams advanced to a single knockout round to determine the final placements. Curling At The 2010 Winter Olympics
The curling competition of the 2010 Olympics was held at Vancouver Olympic/Paralympic Centre in Vancouver. It is the fifth time that curling was on the Olympic program, after having been staged in 1924, 1998, 2002 and 2006. For the 2010 Winter Olympics the competition followed the same format that was used during the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics, with 10 teams playing a round robin tournament, from which the top four teams advance to the semi-finals. Wang Bingyu (; ; born October 7, 1984 in Harbin, Heilongjiang; usually referred to in the media as Bingyu "Betty" Wang) is a Chinese curler. In curling, the lead is the person who delivers the first two stones of the end for their team. On most teams, where the lead does not act as skip or vice, the lead will sweep for each of their teammates shots.
