Savnet Siden Mandag
''Savnet siden mandag'' (Missing since Monday) is a Norwegian feature film from 1955 directed by Sigval Maartmann-Moe and Tancred Ibsen. The screenplay was written by Maartmann-Moe, Ibsen, and Axel Kielland. Peter Lindgren and Ivar Svendsen star as the Swede and the missing 17-year-old. Parts of the footage are from the 1950 film ''To mistenkelige personer'', which was banned by the Norwegian Supreme Court in 1952. The ban was upheld until 2005. Plot Seventeen-year-old Gunnar Holm has been missing since Monday, and no one has seen or heard anything from him in the past five days. His mother, Astrid Holm, lives alone with her son. While staying with a friend in the country, she had left Gunnar on his own. Sigval Maartmann-Moe
Sigval Maartmann-Moe (May 23, 1921 – June 7, 2010) was a Norwegian film director and screenwriter. Maartmann-Moe made his debut as a film director in 1951 with '' Dei svarte hestane'', which he directed together with Hans Jacob Nilsen. This debut was followed by the documentary film '' Fakkelen til Oslo'' (1952), '' Savnet siden mandag'' (1955), ''Peter van Heeren'' (1957), ''I slik en natt'' (1958), and '' Vår egen tid'' (1959). Maartmann-Moe also wrote the screenplays for the last three. Bjarne Bø
Bjarne Bø (April 3, 1907 – August 9, 1998) was a Norwegian actor. Bø was born in Skjeberg in the municipality of Sarpsborg in Østfold county, Norway. He debuted in 1939 in the role of Sjur in the play ''Hu Dagmar'' by Ove Ansteinsson (1884–1942) at the Bjørnevik Theater. From 1935 to 1939 he acted at the National Theater, mostly playing minor roles. In 1951 he moved to the new People's Theater. This merged with the Oslo New Theater in 1959, and he played the rest of his career there. His most important work was at the Children's Theater, where he wrote, taught, and played in over 1,000 performances together with children. He was a recognized poetry reciter and was often engaged as a reader for NRK radio and television. For generations, he was known as a great storyteller, and especially his narration of the Norwegian folk tale ''Reve-enka'' (The Fox's Widow) is remembered by many. The National Library of Norway ( no, Nasjonalbiblioteket) was established in 1989. Its principal task is "to preserve the past for the future". The library is located both in Oslo and in Mo i Rana. Eugen Skjønberg
Conrad Eugen Skjønberg (March 27, 1889 – July 25, 1971) was a Norwegian actor. Eugen Skjønberg was married to the actress Henny Skjønberg. They resided at Ramstad. He was the father of Per Skjønberg, Pål Skjønberg, and Espen Skjønberg, and the grandfather of Hennika Skjønberg, Siv Skjønberg, and Jo Skjønberg, all of whom were actors and actresses. Skjønberg started his career in the banking industry in Kragerø and Skien, but in his twenties he was discovered in the amateur theater by a dance teacher, who recommended him to Alma Fahlstrøm in 1913. Fahlstrøm referred him to Sophie Reimers for training, as well as for singing lessons with Maja Flagstad. Øivind Johnsen (26 May 1922 – 1 February 2005) was a Norwegian sports journalist, broadcaster and actor.
