Saud Hamoud 'Abid al-Qatini al-'Otaibi (1971 – April 3, 2005) was a senior member of al-Qaeda in Saudi Arabia. Abdel Aziz Issa Abdul-Mohsin Al-Muqrin (; ar, عبد العزيز عيسى عبد المحسن المقرن; also ''Abd al-Aziz al-Moqrin'' and other transliterations), alias Abu Hajr (ابو هاجر) and Abu Hazim, (1971–2004), was the leader of the militant Jihadist group al-Qaeda in Saudi Arabia.
