''Sarkarnama'' is an Indian Marathi film directed by Shravani Deodhar released in India in 1998. This movie is famous for the powerful performances of Dilip Prabhavalkar and Yashwant Dutt as political rivals. Plot The film revolves around day-to-day political issues and corruption, centering on how some leaders make their money and lend support. Vishwas Salunkhe ( Ajinkya Deo) is a municipal assistant commissioner who is in charge of a Mumbai sub area where many chawl are in poor condition and he has posted notices to vacate those " Saptatara" where slabs and floors are partly collapsed and chawl-dwellers are not ready to vacate and chawl owners are not responding to the notices. Shrabani Deodhar
Shrabani Deodhar is an Indian film director and screenwriter who won the Indian National Film Awards, National Film Award for her very first project, the 1993 feature film ''Lapandav''. Background Dedhar has no formal training as a filmmaker. Her parents were both doctors, and she concedes that her filmmaking knowledge came from her husband, cinematographer Debu Deodhar. He advised she combines the sciences of what goes on behind-the-camera with that of motion pictures, and encouraged her to take film appreciation courses at the Film and Television Institute of India in Pune so as tmodo pursue her wish to become a filmmaker. Anand Abhyankar
Anand Abhyankar (2 June 1963 – 24 December 2012) was an Indian Marathi film, television and theatre actor. He starred in films such as ''Spandan'' (2012), ''Balgandharva'' (2011), ''Matichya Chuli'' (2006), ''Vaastav'' (1999) and ''Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain''. On television, he is known for his roles in '' Mala Sasu Havi'', ''Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'', '' Fu Bai Fu'', '' Avaghachi Sansar'' and ''Asambhav''. Ajinkya Deo is an Indian actor in Marathi language, Marathi films and is the son of veteran Marathi actor Ramesh Deo and Seema Deo. He is elder brother of Hindi film director Abhinay Deo.
