Sarah Walker (born 1965) is an Australian author, screenwriter and script producer. She has written for several serial dramas, including '' Home and Away'', '' Neighbours'', and '' All Saints''. She co-created the comedy drama '' Wonderland'' with Jo Porter in 2013. Walker has also written novels and worked as a journalist and actor, appearing in '' Man of Flowers'' (1983). Sarah Walker (BMX Rider)
Sarah Louise Walker, (born 10 July 1988) is a New Zealand BMX racer. A competitor at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics, she won silver in the Women's BMX at the latter event. Missing out on selection for the 2016 Summer Olympics due to injury, she was elected onto the IOC Athletes' Commission during those Games. In 2022, she was elected as its second Vice-Chair. Early life Walker was born in Whakatane in the Bay of Plenty, and grew up in nearby Kawerau. Of Māori and European descent, she attended Kawerau South School and Trident High School in Whakatane. Sarah Woodruff Walker Davis (September 4, 1814 – November 9, 1879) was born in Lenox, Massachusetts to William Perrin Walker and Lucy Adam Walker. She was a fairly educated woman for her time, attending Hartford Female Seminary in Connecticut, where she studied under the tutelage of Catharine Beecher and Harriet Beecher Stowe. While she dropped out of school and returned to her hometown, Sarah remained an intellectual woman for her entire life. Back in Lenox, Sarah met David Davis, a young lawyer who was practicing in Bloomington, Illinois. They married in 1838 and had a long and loving marriage, evidenced by the many letters they sent each other while Judge Davis was working in Washington, DC and Sarah was at home in Bloomington.
