Sarah McKenna
Sarah McKenna (born 23 March 1989) is an English rugby union and rugby sevens player. She is a member of the England Women's Rugby Team and plays for Saracens Women's at club level. International career McKenna made her debut for the England national team in August 2011 in a 15–11 victory over the United States. She also played for the country's rugby sevens team the same year and focused on sevens for some years after. She played in the 2015 Women's Six Nations Championship in which England came fourth. In 2015, she was also part of the team to finish third in the first round of the Rugby Europe 7s Grand Prix, but was forced out for nine months due to an ankle injury. The same injury caused her to miss the 2016 Summer Olympics. She returned to international rugby in 2018, playing in three World Rugby Women's Sevens series events. Harpenden
Harpenden () is a town and civil parish in the City and District of St Albans in the county of Hertfordshire, England. The population of the built-up area was 30,240 in the 2011 census, whilst the population of the civil parish was 29,448. Harpenden is a commuter town, with a direct rail connection through Central London and property prices well over triple the national average. History There is evidence of pre-Roman Belgic farmers in the area. In 1867 several items were found including a bronze escutcheon, rams-head shaped mounts, and a bronze bowl. There are Roman remains in land around Harpenden, for instance the site of a mausoleum in the park at Rothamsted. A tumulus near the river Lea was opened in the 1820s and it contained a stone sarcophagus of Romano-Celtic origin. Roundwood Park School
Roundwood Park School is a mixed, 11-18 secondary school with academy status situated in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, UK. Opened in 1956, it currently has around 1300 pupils, most of whom live in the local area and surrounding villages (e.g. Markyate, Southdown, Whitwell, Kimpton, Flamstead, Redbourn, Breachwood Green and Wheathampstead.) At the beginning of 2011, Roundwood (along with Sir John Lawes School, the University of Hertfordshire, and Rothamsted Research) formed a charitable trust. St George's School joined the trust in 2013 and it is now known as "The Harpenden Secondary Schools Trust". Old Albanian Rugby Football Club (OAs) is a rugby union club based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, England. The club currently play in National League 2 East. History The club was formed in 1924 by a group of Old Boys of St Albans School. They acquired their first pavilion, which was a timber World War I Barrack Hut, located at Beech Bottom. They are the largest community sports club in Hertfordshire. The club won promotion from National League 2 South in 2011–12 to National League 1, and in 2012–13 finished 5th, their highest place in the English rugby union system. The club was relegated from National One at the end of the 2014–15 season, after an administration error led to a five-point deduction; this meant that the club missed out on staying up by just a single point.
