Sarah Manners
Sarah Manners (born 25 August 1975) is an English actress and entrepreneur known for her roles in ''Casualty (TV series), Casualty, Strictly Come Dancing,'' The Bill, ''Doctors (2000 TV series), Doctors'' and creating her Pilates app, Pilates On Tap. Early and personal life Manners was educated at King Edward VI Handsworth, Birmingham. She married computer salesman Ben O'Sullivan, in 2003 at Lickey, Worcestershire. Manners revealed in an interview that the two had divorced in 2009. She said, "We spent 10 years together and are still close. He's a lovely man". Career Manners began her career in 1997, appearing in one episode of the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders''. In 2000, Manners received the role of Joanna Helm in the BBC soap opera ''Doctors (2000 TV series), Doctors''. ''The Job Lot'' is a British sitcom. The series is set in a busy West Midlands Job Centre, and focuses on the relationships between the staff, and the job-seekers. ''Mayo'' is a British television detective fiction-comedy series, adapted from the ''Gil Mayo Mysteries'' series books by Marjorie Eccles, first broadcast on BBC One on 12 March 2006. The eight-part series, produced by BBC Birmingham, starred Alistair McGowan as the titular character, alongside Jessica Oyelowo, Huw Rhys and Louise Brealey. The series was developed by Simon Booker, and directed by Metin Huseyin, Jonathan Fox Bassett and Fraser MacDonald. The series was filmed on location in and around Leamington Spa. While ''Casualty'' was launched on 6 September 1986, and its spin-off ''Holby City'' was first aired on 12 January 1999, the first full crossover episode between the two programmes was not broadcast until 26 December 2004. As of 27 December 2005, four crossover specials have been aired, comprising nine episodes total.
